1.HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Create your own customer account to take advantage of the many different benefits, such as management of your personal data and storage of your delivery addresses or wish list. As a registered customer, you can:

• Save your details for future orders.

2.I FORGOT MY PASSWORD.WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We will send you an email to reset new password. Please check your Spam folder if you do not receive this email directly.

3.I CANNOT GET ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT.WHAT SHOUKD I DO?

If you are unable to log into your account, please make sure that you have entered your email address and password correctly. You can change your password via “Forgot password?”in the login page.

4.HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ACCOUNT?

To make changes to your account, please log into your account first. You can then view and edit your personal information under "My Account ".

Online: You’d better create an online account. You can also place an order without setting up an account. Simply choose "Checkout as Guest” during the order process. Please click “Register”  on top right corner of our website to create a new account. Please log in and follow the online purchasing and procurement process flowchart to place your order.

6. WHAT IF I CANNOT FIND THE PRODUCT ONLINE?

Pease send inquiries to our sales department by email at acros.sales@acrospharmatech.com if the products (mg-kg scale) you are interested in are not available on our website. We will get back to you within 24 hours.


7. WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER?

You will get the order confirmation by email after you place the order online. You can also view your order under“My account”.


8. HOW CAN I GET THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can send an email to acros.sales@acrospharmatech.com to get the status of your order.We will also send you an email with tracking number once the order is processed.You can also log into your account and get the order status under “My account”.
