Return and Exchange:

We warrant materials to be of the described quality at the time of sale. This warranty is exclusive, and we make no other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. The customer should inspect goods immediately on receipt and inform us of any shortage or damage within seven (7) days. Quality problems must be notified within thirty (30) days of receipt. Return shipment will not be accepted without permission.We will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange after we confirm the product and analysis data. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend a replacement at our expense.

Refund:

Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
